Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and disruption risk assessments for board-level decision-making
- Architect 'Future Labs' - immersive simulations testing societal and technological implications of 2026 developments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Mentor a global team of futurists and innovation specialists while building the company's foresight infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies with published thought leadership
- Deep technical literacy in emerging domains: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent discipline
