Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to produce actionable 10-year horizon reports
- Design innovation frameworks for C-suite clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop patent-pending forecasting algorithms using machine learning and big data analytics
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish industry thought leadership
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of delivering technology roadmaps adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Strong programming skills (Python/R) for data-driven forecasting models
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
