Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts by 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for future product/service innovation
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for long-term business viability
- Present future insights to stakeholders through compelling executive briefings and visualizations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and drive a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation methodologies preferred
