What You'll Do:

• Lead collaborative workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
• Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
• Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with global teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of developing future-focused product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
