Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Design and facilitate future-thinking workshops for C-suite executives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and TED-style conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic scenarios
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech
- Strong storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Figma or Tableau
- Experience advising C-level executives on transformational change
