Responsibilities

- Present executive briefings to C-suite stakeholders using immersive scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into prototyped solutions
- Establish and maintain a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in industry journals
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
