Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and spatial computing domains
- Develop client-specific strategic foresight frameworks with 5-10 year predictive models
- Facilitate C-level workshops on disruptive innovation scenarios and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications cited by MIT Tech Review and WEF
- Manage a global network of 50+ futurist researchers and industry experts
- Drive product innovation pipeline using futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing long-range scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation projects implemented
