Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts through agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D centers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting technology adoption
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CIPM) or futurist credentials preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
