Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps for AI integration, biotechnology advances, and sustainable energy systems
- Collaborate with product development teams to embed futuristic concepts into commercial solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and thought leadership content
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks to ensure technological advancement aligns with human values
- Author white papers and trend reports that establish our thought leadership position in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies with multi-billion dollar impact
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategic insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes organizational decisions
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications or academic journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and futures research tools
