Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch market-disrupting solutions for 2026+ ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and societal shifts
- Present future-facing insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global innovation hubs
- Oversee the FutureSight™ incubation program mentoring next-gen futurists and intrapreneurs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, ISPI)
