Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and behavioral shifts to create 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into corporate innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) with commercial viability
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and academic partners
- Advise product development teams on future market opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience designing and facilitating executive workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
