Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight projects for 2026+ strategic planning cycles
- Develop scenario-based models for technological disruption and market evolution

- Build and maintain global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Translate complex future studies into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging tech
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
