Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate foresight into development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish foresight methodologies and maintain trend intelligence databases
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
