- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, sustainability, and human augmentation technologies
- Partner with product teams to incubate future-facing initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with Stanford/MIT research partners
- Quantify future market potential through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental KPIs for innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, tech innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or bio-digital convergence
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading cross-continental teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-to-market implementations
