Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology adoption patterns
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruption risks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex foresight into business-critical recommendations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Prototype immersive foresight tools using AR/VR technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects
