Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, economics, and social dynamics to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and 5-10 year scenario roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with AI research teams to develop predictive models for emerging technology adoption
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and presentations for industry conferences
- Establish and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven scenario modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (e.g., MIT Sloan, Harvard Business Review)
