Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Analyze global trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and industry foresight conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, AI trend analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic predictions
