Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize stakeholder insights into actionable plans
- Create executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for trend validation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, WFS) preferred
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio of published strategic foresight work
