Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, quantum computing) to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build proprietary predictive models using advanced data visualization tools
- Author high-impact trend briefs for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Mentor junior futurists on horizon scanning methodologies
- Present findings at industry conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Published thought leadership in tech/sustainability publications
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ trend impact assessments
