Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
