Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops on climate adaptation and workforce automation
- Produce trend reports on quantum computing applications and neurotech integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototyping ethical AI governance systems
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards and government task forces
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with $2M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Published research on emerging technology impacts (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and predictive modeling
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in complex projects
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and climate tech landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-execution track record
