Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) for strategic implications
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Present foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients through executive workshops
- Author Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future State' industry forecast report
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies (blockchain, AGI, quantum)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record advising C-suite on exponential technology disruption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with UN SDGs frameworks for sustainable futures planning
