Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and market shifts
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech) and synthesize actionable insights for executive leadership
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to mitigate disruption risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or senior tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
