Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, regulatory landscapes, and socio-cultural trends to map 2026 industry scenarios
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof business models and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and global research consortia
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex future scenarios into actionable insights
- Advise product development teams on long-term technology adoption and market readiness
- Represent the company at international conferences and futurist forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with tech focus
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Published author or frequent speaker at futurism/tech conferences
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Mapping)
