Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive trends and emerging technologies
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and risk mitigation strategies for C-suite executives
- Build quantitative models forecasting industry shifts and competitive disruption vectors
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and keynote speaking engagements
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis, causal layered analysis)
