Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks focused on 2026 market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop quantitative models to forecast adoption curves and market inflection points
- Partner with R&D to translate emerging trends into patentable innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend briefings for Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Manage a global network of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and exclusive future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into billion-dollar business outcomes
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work/industry topics
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful enterprise transformation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
