Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 market opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurist experts and academic collaborators
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Present future scenarios to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops on scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
