Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, economic, and social vectors
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, finance, and healthcare
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate future scenarios into tactical roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on emerging disruption patterns
- Build and lead a global network of futurist practitioners and domain experts
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using proprietary forecasting methodologies
- Advolve product innovation pipelines using long-range scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Published author in futurism or business strategy publications
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
