- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and innovation partners
- Champion disruptive innovation initiatives that challenge current business paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
