Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize state-of-the-art generative models, focusing on scalability and latency reduction for real-time applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance factual accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into complex software ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI safety, bias mitigation, and alignment protocols.
- Publish research findings and contribute to the open-source community to drive industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with fine-tuning techniques, LoRA, and quantization methods.
