The Opportunity: Apex Dynamics is seeking a visionary Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead Project 2026, our most ambitious initiative yet. We are building the infrastructure for the future of intelligent automation and are looking for a technical leader who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
In this role, you will architect and deploy next-generation neural networks designed to solve complex, real-world problems at scale. If you are passionate about Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) concepts, large language models, and building systems that think, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models and neural networks using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Project 2026 Leadership: Take ownership of the core algorithms driving our flagship 2026 initiative, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency to support real-time applications and high-volume data streams.
- R&D: Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, researching and integrating the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a related technical domain.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow), SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Project 2026 Experience: Prior experience with large-scale distributed systems or LLMs is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and iterate quickly on solutions.
