Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design vision for Project 2026, translating complex business goals into intuitive user journeys.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define product requirements and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and drive iterative improvements.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation within the design team.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of delivering user-centric products from concept to launch.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
