Responsibilities
- Architect and design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms integrated with classical machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with aerospace engineers to deploy AI systems in high-latency, low-bandwidth environments.
- Define and implement best practices for quantum software development kits (QSDKs) such as Qiskit and Cirq.
- Mentor junior developers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and precision.
- Conduct rigorous testing to validate quantum supremacy in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum programming frameworks.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
