Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, machine learning, and cryptography tasks.
- Bridge the gap between quantum hardware capabilities and software application requirements to maximize qubit efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and optimization of quantum circuits using noise mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineers to refine quantum error correction protocols.
- Mentor a team of junior researchers and quantum engineers in best practices for quantum software development.
- Stay ahead of global industry trends in quantum computing to drive the strategic roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and cloud quantum platforms.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Expert proficiency in Python and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Strong track record of published research in top-tier conferences (e.g., QIP, APS, or NeurIPS).
