Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement remediation strategies to improve site health, crawlability, and indexability.
- Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and market gaps.
- Collaborate with web developers to optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data (Schema markup).
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console; produce detailed monthly reporting and actionable insights.
- Lead a team of content strategists to ensure alignment between on-page optimization and editorial calendars.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-backed decisions.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings for high-competition keywords.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
