Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead technical architecture discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers and interns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for future growth.
- Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and ORM tools (Sequelize, Prisma, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
