Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable software architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the development of microservices using Python and Go, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Optimize database queries and cloud infrastructure to handle massive data throughput.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product and DevOps to integrate new AI models.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a high-scale environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and modern cloud-native technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure infrastructure.
- Experience with distributed systems, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and machine learning pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
