Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-oriented principles into product roadmaps

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience with futures research tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
