Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architectural vision for the '2026 Core', integrating AI-driven auto-scaling and predictive maintenance.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure security and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Strong background in database design, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
