Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and product owners to translate complex requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all devices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce coding standards within the team.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong understanding of server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or Java) and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
