Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture discussions to support the Summer/Fall transition into full-time roles.
- Engage in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) to drive project momentum and deliver value efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and mentorship.
