Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build responsive front-end components with React and TypeScript
- Implement automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium) to ensure code quality
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-up meetings
- Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer (May-Aug) or fall (Aug-Dec) term
