Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Build RESTful APIs and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Conduct unit testing and code reviews using industry best practices
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Vue)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects or hackathons
- Strong communication abilities and collaborative mindset
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through Fall 2024
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship)
