Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle software development projects using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product innovation initiatives
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Contribute to code documentation and technical specifications
- Execute user testing and provide actionable feedback for product improvements
- Shadow senior engineers to learn industry best practices
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Must be available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
