Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Team: Support senior engineers with coding, debugging, and testing software applications under supervision.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data to help identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Participate in Agile Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to stay aligned with project goals and learn agile methodologies.
- Document Processes: Create and update technical documentation, user manuals, and project logs to ensure clear communication.
- Creative Brainstorming: Contribute innovative ideas during team design reviews and workshops.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales departments to support promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior, Senior, or Graduate level preferred).
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or general software proficiency is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Passion: A genuine eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a professional setting.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
