Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in Agile Sprints: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues in a live production environment.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation and write unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Experience: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and web development frameworks (React, Node.js) is a plus.
- Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Schedule: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the summer and potentially extend into the fall semester.
