Responsibilities
- Development Support: Assist senior engineers in designing, coding, and testing software applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Debugging & Maintenance: Participate in troubleshooting codebases and fixing bugs to ensure system stability.
- Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation, API specifications, and internal wikis.
- Agile Participation: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#. Understanding of web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
- Academic Performance: Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop logical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Availability: Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024 and commit to a full-time schedule (approx. 40 hours/week).
