Responsibilities
- Assist in Full-Cycle Development: Collaborate with senior engineers to design, code, and test high-quality software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to facilitate team collaboration.
- Agile Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive project momentum and deliverables.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong foundation in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and devise logical, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development environments (IDEs).
