Responsibilities
- Development: Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and testing software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects to ensure optimal application performance and stability.
- Documentation: Participate in code reviews and create technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices through internal training sessions and mentorship programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript) and experience with version control systems like Git.
- Experience: Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for the summer/fall semester.
