Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI operational strategy, specifically focusing on the roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Oversee the architecture and deployment of large-scale machine learning models, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business objectives into technical AI roadmaps.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Quantum AI and edge computing, into our core infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML operations or architecture.
- Deep technical knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and large technical teams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterβs preferred).
